By downloading, accessing, or using Good Figs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
Good Figs provides meal ideas, recipes, and general feeding guidance for educational and informational purposes only. Our content is not intended to be, and should not be used as, a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always consult your pediatrician or a qualified healthcare provider before introducing new foods to your baby, especially if your child has known allergies, a medical condition, developmental delays, or special dietary needs.
You should not rely on information provided in Good Figs as a replacement for professional medical or pediatric advice.
You use Good Figs recipes and meal ideas at your own risk. Preparing and serving food to infants carries inherent risks, including but not limited to choking, allergic reactions, and burns. By using the app, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
You are solely responsible for:
Good Figs allows you to select allergens to filter from meal suggestions. While we do our best to exclude recipes containing your selected allergens, we do not guarantee that all allergens will be identified or filtered in every case.
You must always double-check all ingredients in any recipe before preparing it for your child. Good Figs is not responsible for allergic reactions resulting from use of our recipes or meal suggestions.
All recipes and recipe images are generated using artificial intelligence. While we apply safety filters, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. Always verify ingredients and preparation instructions.
Individual cooking skills, equipment, ingredient quality, and product availability vary. Good Figs is not responsible for the final result of any recipe or for any adverse reactions, injuries, or health outcomes that may occur, including choking, allergic reactions, or burns.
Good Figs and all content within the app are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the information in the app is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
Use of Good Figs is at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Good Figs and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the app, including but not limited to any injuries, allergic reactions, or health issues.
Some features of Good Figs require a paid subscription. The following auto-renewable subscription plans are available:
Free trial: New subscribers may be eligible for a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the free trial ends, you will be automatically charged the subscription price for the plan you selected. Free trial eligibility is determined by Apple and is limited to one trial per Apple ID.
Billing: Payment is processed by Apple and charged to the Apple ID account you use to make the purchase. All payments are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. The renewal price is the same as the initial subscription price unless we notify you of a price change in advance.
Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
How to cancel: You can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, open the Settings app on your device, tap your name at the top, tap Subscriptions, select Good Figs, and tap Cancel Subscription. You can also manage your subscription at https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will continue to have access until then.
Good Figs is licensed, not sold, to you. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on any Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. You may not distribute, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or make the app available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time.
All content in Good Figs, including recipes, text, images, and design, is the property of Good Figs and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Any claims of intellectual property infringement related to the app should be directed to Good Figs, not to Apple.
Good Figs is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for the app. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services with respect to Good Figs. For support inquiries, please contact us at hello@goodfigs.com.
Good Figs, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims you or a third party may have relating to the app or your use of it, including but not limited to product liability claims, any claim that the app fails to conform to applicable legal or regulatory requirements, and claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
The content in Good Figs is generalized for a broad audience of healthy, typically developing infants. If your child has any developmental delays, low muscle tone, airway differences, chromosomal conditions, or other medical needs, you should consult your pediatrician or a feeding specialist before using any content in this app.
You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms of Service. Upon your acceptance of these terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, except where superseded by applicable local law.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of Good Figs after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
